Liege has been awarded a 22,000m² project for the construction of new industrial and retail facilities in Lusaka, Zambia.

Following five months of negotiations after a selected tendering process, the project was awarded to Liege based on quality, financial and time commitment.  This contract will be allocated to Lieges second quarter order booking for 2011.

The warehouses have been designed to accommodate both the anchor tenants requirement and future demand of these facilities in the region including, the availability of retail space.  The new facility will double the amount of rentable space for Liege’s client.

Construction works will commence in Autumn 2011 and the project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2012.
