Liege has been awarded a $1.5million commercial office fit-out project for a public listed company in Africa.

Following a successful selected bid process, the project was awarded to Liege based on commitment, delivery and financial variables.  This contract will be allocated to Lieges second quarter order book for 2011.

The commercial offices have been designed to accommodate private ‘blue chip’ tenants in the region.  It will add circa 5,000m² additional rentable area for Liege’s client.

Construction works commence in Autumn 2011 and the project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2011.
